Cannot sign in after registering

Confirm the email first. Resend from login if needed; the link does not last forever. You can also ask for a six-digit sign-in code if links are not arriving.

Saves fail or the incident is locked

An archived status makes the incident view-only. A lock on the whole incident also blocks writes. Check status on Overview; if it is locked and you are not the person who can unlock it, contact your system admin.

Permission denied

Your group may be View-only or Hide on that module. Ask an owner or incident Admin to change the group. If a platform page is the one refusing you, that is expected — contact your system admin.

Join request declined

The note on your Dashboard is what the approver wrote (or a short default). Dismiss it when you are done. You can Join that Live incident again from Open Incidents.

Coverage job stuck or taking forever

Shrink the radius, drop detail, or use Faster — Generalized (Deygout) for a sketch. Jobs keep running if you leave; reopen Mapping to resume. Cancel stops between chunks and does not save a half-painted map. Long runs may email you when they finish.

The drive to a site looks wrong, or there is only one path

Access only routes on OpenStreetMap’s driving map. A closer track may be skipped. Forest and ranch roads that nobody drew will not appear. That is missing map data, not a missing button. Radio coverage along a road is Analysis → Route coverage. See Driving to a site.

Coverage looks wrong next to Radio Mobile

Use Slower — Higher Accuracy (ITM), match mast height, power, gains, and receiver, and pick a vehicle mobile profile if the other map was a mag-mount. In Radio Mobile turn on land cover and Use two rays — that is the mix here. Handheld plus Deygout will look smaller than ITM. See Reading RF results.

3D will not start, or pins and shade look wrong

Use a current browser. If the 3D button does nothing, stay in 2D — the rest of the map still works. A pin that vanished is usually behind a ridge or behind the camera; Reset tilt or flatten the view to see it again. Coverage that was on the map before you tilted should stay on the hills, including after you change the basemap. Solid / Smooth and the dBm key should follow. See Map workspace and sites.

ZoneMap says Not configured

The site cannot reach ZoneMap. Contact your system admin. Not published just means nobody has published this incident yet.

IWI does nothing

Put at least one Integrations channel in Ready, and mark roster IWI notifiers if you expect Courier. Watch the short cancel window, and wait out the cooldown before you try again.

Frequency import looks wrong

Use the parse preview. Prefer Append while you check. A photo or a scanned PDF may come back empty if document reading is not available — use a digital PDF or a spreadsheet, or ask your system admin.

Cannot check out an item

Damaged and lost block issue. Waybills also refuse kits that still have units out.
